Diplomová práce "Bytový dům s občanskou vybaveností" je zpracována ve formě projektové dokumentace obsahující všechny náležitosti dle platných předpisů. Navržený objekt je umístěn v Brně, v katastrálním území Stránice. Je to čtyřpodlažní nepodsklepená budova s plochou střechou. V přízemí se nachází zdravotnické středisko, technické zázemí objektu a klubovny. Ve druhém až čtvrtém nadzemním podlaží jsou navrženy bytové jednotky. Thesis "Apartment building with amenities" is developed in the form of project documentation containing all requirements according to applicable regulations. The proposed facility is located in Brno, in Stránice district. It is a four story building with flat roof and no basement. On the ground floor there are medical center, technical facilities and clubrooms. Housing units are proposed in the second to the fourth floor.
