Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na zpracování podnikatelského plánu, který ukazuje, jak by mohlo vypadat ekonomicky prosperující komerční divadlo fungující v Brně. Práce je rozdělená na tři části. První část popisuje typologií divadel a jejich možné právní formy. V druhé části je provedena analýza externích a interních faktorů, které ovlivňují projekt. V závěrečné části je proveden návrh řešení pro činnost divadla. The thesis focuses on creating a possible business plan for an economically prosperous commercial theater in Brno. The work is divided into three parts. The first part describes the typology of theaters and their possible legal form. The second part is an analysis of internal and external factors that affect the project. The final section provides possible solutions for running the theater.
