Tato diplomová práce se zabývá fungováním současného důchodového systému v České republice a ve vybraných zemích. Jsou zde popsány rozdíly ve financování a v pilířích, na kterých tyto systémy stojí. Dále jsou v této práci řešeny důvody, proč by měly být tyto systémy reformovány. Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout expertní systém, který bude sloužit finančním poradcům pro výběr vhodného spořícího produktu podle požadavků klienta. This thesis object with functioning of present retirement system in the Czech republic and in selected countries. There are described differences of financing and differences of pillars on which are this systems built. Further are in this thesis answered reasons for reforming of this systems. The goal of this thesis is design expert system used to serve to financial advisers for suitable saving product selection according to client requests.
