Cílem této diplomové práce je zpracování podnikatelského záměru na založení developerské společnosti, která se bude zabývat realizací stavebního projektu. Návrh podnikatelského záměru vychází ze shromážděných informací, analýzy součastného stavu oboru a nalezení tržní příležitosti. The aim of master´s thesis is processing of the business plan for creating developer´s company that will be dealing with the realization building project. The proposal of business plan gets out of gathered informations, analysis of contemporary state of the branch and finding the market opportunity.
