Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na rozvoj malé firmy. Obsahuje detailní rozbor analyzované firmy a návrhy, které vedou k zlepšení její pozice na trhu. Jejich zavedení přispěje také ke zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti. This diploma thesis is focused on developement of the small firm. It includes detailed analyses of the firm and proposals which needs to be implemented in order to improve its position on the market. Implementation of the proposals will also leeds to competitivness increase.
