Diplomová práce je zaměřena na návrh strategie rozvoje malé rodinné firmy. Na základě analýzy současného stavu firmy a strategické obchodní jednotky - provozování hotelu jsou stanoveny strategie rozvoje firmy, které povedou k růstu konkurenceschopnosti firmy. The Master's Thesis deals with strategy plan of small family business. Having analysed the actual state of the family business and strategic business unit - hotel, development strategy is proposed in order to increase the firm's competitiveness.
