Diplomova´ pra´ce poda´va´ uceleny´ přehled o metoda´ch stanovení radiologicky´ch dopadů v potravních řetězcích. Popisuje stanovení radionuklidů v potravina´ch za obvykle´ radiační situace a za mimořádne´ radiační situace. V prakticke´ části jsou modelova´ny dvě radiační uda´losti a to radiační uda´lost na u´zemí ČR a radiační uda´lost na u´zemí jine´ho sta´tu a její dopad na ČR. Na za´věr jsou obě modelove´ situace porovna´ny. The diploma work presents comprehensive overview of methods of determination of radiological impact on food chains. It describes the determination of radionuclides in groceries in common radiation situation and in unusual radiation situation. Practical part of the work presents two model radiation events. These are radiation event in the territory of Czech Republic and radiation event in the territory of other country and its impact on Czech Republic. In the end both model situations are compared.
