Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou pozorování a kvantifikace opotřebení kyčelních náhrad. Nejprve byly popsány historické mezníky při vývoji kyčelních náhrad, typy používaných implantátů, různé druhy materiálů a životnost náhrad. Následně byla provedena rešeršní studie v oblasti pozorovacích metod a přístrojů, přičemž u každé z nich byly zhodnoceny jejich výhody a nevýhody. V poslední části práce byly tyto metody mezi sebou srovnány a dle autorova názoru byla doporučena nejschůdnější metoda k pozorování a kvantifikaci opotřebení kyčelních náhrad. This bachelor thesis analysis issues of observation and measurement of wear on hip replacements. First of all there is a description of historical milestones in development of hip prosthesis. Afterwards there is a recherché study of measuring methods and devices, whereas each one of them is reviewed for pros and cons. In the last section these methods are compared and there is an author’s recommendation for the most viable method for observation and measurement of wear on hip prosthesis.
