Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na negativní vliv fosforečnanů v přírodních vodách a na jejich metody stanovení. V první části práce je charakterizován negativní vliv na přírodní vody a jsou charakterizovány problémy spojené s eutrofizací, rozvojem sinic a řas a z nich plynoucí možná zdravotní rizika. V druhé části jsou uvedeny metody, kterými lze fosforečnany stanovovat. Práce vyzdvihuje zejména spektrofotometrické metody, jako jsou metody s kyselinou molybdátofosforečnou, vanadátomolybdátofosforečnou, wolframátofosforečnou a dále s fosfomolybdenovou modří a s některými bazickými barvivy typu rhodamin B, rhodamin 6G, malachitová zeleň a krystalová violeť. Jsou zmíněny i méně používané, ale poměrně citlivé, metody jako jsou AAS, AES, LC-ICP-MS a dále to jsou chromatografické, elektrochemické a enzymatickcé metody. V neposlední řadě práce zmiňuje možnost použití automatických technik, jako je FIA nebo CFA, které jsou vhodné pro rutinní a časté stanovení, využívající často spektrofotometrické metody, ale nejen ty. This bachelor thesis is focused on the negative effects of phosphates in natural waters and their methods of determination. The first part is characterized by a negative impact on natural water and there are characterized the problems associated with eutrophication, development of cyanobacteria and algae and the resulting potential health risks. The second section describes the methods by which phosphates can be determined. The work highlights the particular spectrophotometric methods such as molybdophosphoric acid, vanadomolybdophosphoric acid, wolframophosphoric acid, phosphomolybdenum blue and methods with some basic dyes such as rhodamine B, rhodamine 6G, malachite green and crystal violet. There are also mentioned methods, which are used less frequently, but they are relatively sensitive, such as AAS, AES, LC-ICP-MS and next such as chromatographic, electrochemical and enzymatic methods. Finally, work mentions the possibility of using automatic techniques such as FIA or CFA, which are suitable for routine and frequent determination, often using the spectrophotometric methods, but not only these.
