Předmětem bakalářské práce je novostavba rodinného domu. Dům je navržen jako dvoupodlažní, nepodsklepená dřevostavba se sedlovou střechou. Dispoziční uspořádání 5+KK odpovídá návrhu pro 4 člennou rodinu. Jedná se o konstrukci difuzně uzavřené dřevostavby, založené na základových pasech a ztraceném bednění. Půdorys tvoří obdélník. Celý systém budovy je řešen prvky STEICO, včetně tepelné izolace STEICO. K přednostem stavby patří poměrně malá tloušťka obvodových stěn s výbornými tepelně izolačními vlastnostmi a rychlá výstavba. Dům je navržen s ohledem na trvale udržitelnou výstavbu s použitím ekologických, ale moderních materiálů. Dům je situován v obci Křenovice u Slavkova. The Bachelor thesis is a project of detache house. The house design i a two-storey, wooden bulding with gable roof and with out basement. Layout is 5+KK and is responsible design for family with 4 members. It is the construction of diffusion-close timber, based on strip foundation and pernament formwork. Floor plan is rectangular. Building the entire system is designed by STEICO elements, including STEICO thermal insulation. The advantages of the building are relatively small thickness of external walls with excelent thermal properities and fast process of construction. The house is designed with a view to sustainable construction using modern environmentally friendly materials. The house is situated in the village Křenovice u Slavkova.
