Bakalářská práce zpracovává projektovou dokumentaci dřevostavby rodinného domu s provozovnou fitness centra. Dům je dvoupodlažní s vazníkovou konstrukcí střechy o celkových rozměrech půdorysu přibližně 17x16 m. V prvním podlaží je situována provozovna fitness, její technické zázemí a vchod a technické zázemí včetně garáže pro soukromý byt, nacházející se v podlaží druhém. The Bachelor´s thesis projects documentation of family house - wood building with fitness situated in first floor. There is also technical equipment included garage and entrance of the flat, which is in the second floor. The roof is tie beam construction.
