V teoretické části se zaměřuji na vystižené podstaty klíčových částí podnikatelského plánu, zejména pak na finanční plán a zhodnocení efektivnosti investic. V praktické části jsem vypracoval podnikatelský plán na projekt AZ Tower v Brně. Zaměřil jsem se zejména na vypracování finančního plánu, s tím spojenou ekonomickou analýzu a na závěr jsem se věnoval zhodnocení investovaného kapitálu. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on key parts of the business plan, especially the financial plan and evaluation of effectiveness of investments. In the practical part, I developed a business plan for the project AZ Tower in Brno. I focused mainly on the development of the financial plan with the associated economic analysis and in the end I focused on appreciation of capital invested.
