Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem rodinného domu s pneuservisem v Pardubicích. Jedná se o částečně podsklepený třípodlažní dům. Objekt je zastřešen plochou střechou. V objektu se nachází provozovna a dvě samostatné bytové jednotky. This thesis describes the design of the house with a tire service in Pardubice. This is three-storey house with partial basement. The building is covered with a flat roof. The facility is a business and two residential units.
