Bakalářská práce je na téma Odvod odpadních vod z hotelu. Cílem je navržení vnitřní dešťové a splaškové kanalizace a navržení předčištění splaškové vody z kuchyňského zařízení a dešťové vody ze zpevněných ploch. Teoretická část práce je na téma předčištění odpadních vod znečištěných tuky a oleji živočišného původu (lapáky tuku) a lehkými kapalinami. The bachelor these’s topic is Drainage of waste water from the hotel. The aim of the bachelor these is designing internal storm and sanitary sewer and designing pretreatment of wastewater from kitchen facilities and storm water from paved surface. The theoretical part of the bachelor these’s topic is pretreatment of wastewater contaminated fat and animal oils (fat traps) and light liquids.
