Tématem bakalářské práce je návrh vícegeneračního rodinného domu, který je situován v obci Nemošice u Pardubic.Jedná se o dvoupodlažní budovu s částečným podsklepením. Objekt je určen pro bydlení 4-6 osob. Dům je postaven z cihelného systému Porotherm, střecha je plochá. V 1 NP se v hlavní části domu nachází obytné místnosti, garáž pro dvě parkovací stání a sklad zahradního nábytku. Ve druhé části 1 NP se nachází samostatná bytová jednotka. Ve 2 NP je prostor pro spaní a odpočinek. V suterénu jsou sklady, technická místnost a dílna. The topic of the bachelor thesis is the design multigenerational family house, which is situated in the village Nemošice near Pardubice. This is a two-story building with partial basement. The building is designed for housing 4-6 persons. The house is built of brick Porotherm systém, the roof is flat. In first floor in main part of house is the living room, garage for two parking spaces and storage of garden furniture. In the second part of first floor is a separate dewelling unit. In the second floor is a space for sleeping and rating. In the basement are storage rooms, utility room and workshop.
