Předmětem této bakalářské práce je charakteristika účetní a daňové regulace činnosti individuálních podnikatelů v Rusku. Celá práce se opírá o aktuálně platné právní předpisy, zákony a další legislativu, které jsou určeny pro soukromé podnikatele. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí: teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část se věnuje rozvoji podnikání a obecné charakteristice účetního a daňového systému v Ruské federaci. Praktická část ilustruje dané téma na názorném příkladu činnosti konkrétního podnikatele a sleduje, zda si daný podnikatel zvolil nejvýhodnější systém zdanění. The subject of this thesis is the characteristic of the accounting and tax regulation of the business of individual entrepreneurs in Russia. The whole work is based on current government regulations, laws and legislation that are intended for private entrepreneurs. The thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part focuses on business development and general characteristics of accounting and taxation system in the Russian Federation. The practical part is a vivid example of the activity of a particular entrepreneur, and it validates the hypothesis if the entrepreneur chose the right system of taxation.
