Tato diplomová práce se zabývá sekuritizací v Evropské unii a jejími perspektivami. Nejprve představuje základní aspekty sekuritizace, historický vývoj a současný stav. Analýza současného stavu věnuje pozornost regulacím finančního trhu, jejichž součástí jsou nařízení týkající se sekuritizace a její transparentnosti. Následující ekonometrický model zamítl nulovou hypotézu a potvrdil pozitivní přímo úměrný vliv objemu sekuritizace na objem úvěrů a tedy na hrubý domácí produkt EU v letech 2000-2007. Dále byla provedena syntéza současného stavu hospodářství EU, regulací týkající se sekuritizace a výsledků ekonometrického modelu. Navzdory pozitivnímu vlivu sekuritizace na HDP Evropské unie prostřednictvím úvěrů nejsou její perspektivy příliš kladné. Důvodem je zejména nízká atraktivita cenných papírů zajištěných aktivy a malé množství investorů soukromého sektoru. The aim of this thesis is securitization in European union and its perspectives. Initially it presents basic aspects of securitization, historical course and present condition. Analysis of present condition pays attention to regulations of financial market, whose part are rules, which relates to securitization and its transparency. Following econometric model reject the zero hypothesis and confirmed positive direct proportion influence of securitization on credit and thus on gross domestic product of EU in period 2000-2007. Eventually was performed synthesis of present condition of european economy, regulation of securitization and consequences of the econometric model. In spite of positive influnce of securitization to GDP through credit, the perspectives are not too favourable. The main reasons are low attractiveness of asset backed securities and low numbers of private investors.
