Tato bakalářská práce popisuje proces zřízení akreditovaného testovacího střediska ECDL. Část práce je věnována procesu akreditace testovacího střediska ECDL obecně, dále ten proces je specifikován pro firmu HTH system, s. r. o., která je aktuálním zájemcem o zřízení takového střediska. Následně jsou popsané výsledky marketingového výzkumu, který byl proveden pro lepší pochopení preferencí potenciálních zákazníků testovacího střediska ECDL. Na základě tohoto výzkumu byl vytvořen předpoklad, jaké jsou cílové skupiny testovacích středisek ECDL a také návrh marketingové kampaně pro firmu HTH system, s. r. o. This bachelor thesis deals with describing a process of establishment of an ECDL test center. It concentrates on the process of accreditation of a new ECDL test center in general, than on accredition process specialized for the enterprise HTH system, Inc. which is a real candidate now. After that there is described a marketing research which was made for better understanding of the preferences of potential clients of an ECDL test center. On basis of this research there were assumed target groups of ECDL test centers and was drafted a marketing campaign for HTH system, Inc.
