Cieľom tejto práce je zefektívniť proces vývoja a implementácie novovzniknutého podnikového informačného systému VRPIS pomocou návrhu a vytvorenia motivačného systému na základe skúseností z pilotnej aplikácie systému do spoločnosti Confal, a.s. V teoretickej časti sa práca venuje problematike podnikových informačných systémov, ich implementácie do podniku a problémom, ktoré v procese implementácie vznikajú, ako aj problematike existujúcich motivačných systémov. Praktická časť nadväzuje na získané teoretické poznatky a sústreďuje sa na tvorbu nového motivačného systému a motivačných nástrojov pre jednotlivé subjekty participujúce na procese implementácie VRPIS. Východiskom motivačného systému 3L sú hodnoty motivácie namerané u jednotlivých subjektov počas troch etáp procesu a spoločná filozofia s VRPIS prispôsobenia sa podmienkam a potrebám zákazníkov. V nadväznosti na vytvorenie nového motivačného systému 3L pre proces implementácie VRPIS bude tento motivačný systém zovšeobecnený pre potreby ďalších aplikácií. Cílem této práce je zefektivnit proces vývoje a implementace nově vzniklého podnikového informačního systému VRPIS, a to pomocí návrhu a vytvoření motivačního systému na základě zkušeností z pilotního zavedení systému do společnosti Confal, a.s. V teoretické části se práce věnuje problematice podnikových informačních systémů, jejich implementaci do podniku a problémům, které v procesu implementace vznikají, a taktéž i problematice existujících motivačních systémů. Praktická část navazuje na získané teoretické poznatky a soustřeďuje se na tvorbu nového motivačního systému a motivačních nástrojů pro jednotlivé subjekty participující na procesu implementace VRPIS. Základem, na kterém motivační systém 3L staví, jsou hodnoty motivace naměřené u jednotlivých subjektů v průběhu tří etap procesu a společná filozofie s VRPIS přizpůsobení se podmínkám a potřebám zákazníků. V návaznosti na vytvoření nového motivačního systému 3L pro proces implementace VRPIS bude tento motivační systém zevšeobecněný pro potřeby dalších implementací. This thesis aims to improve the efficiency of the development process and the process of implementation of the newly established enterprise information system VRPIS by designing and creating an incentive system. The proposition and creation of the incentive system is based on the experiences gained during the pilot application of VRPIS system into the company Confal, a.s. The theoretical part focuses on enterprise information systems, their implementation into corporate environment, possible problems that might occur during this process, as well as incentive systems. The practical part follows the theoretical knowledge and focuses on the creation of the new incentive system and motivational tools, which are designed particularly for participants of the VRPIS implementation process. The incentive system 3L is based on the results received from the measurement of participants´ level of motivation during the three stages of implementation process. Moreover, it shares the philosophy of VRPIS system, which intends to conform to the conditions and needs of its customers. Furthermore, 3L incentive system will be generalized for the needs of the other applications.
