Tato diplomová práce si klade za cíl zmapovat genezi a trendy současné bankovní regulace v kontextu nedávných bouřlivých událostí, které se na finančních trzích udály od roku 2008 a to zejména v oblasti regulace kapitálových požadavků svrchovaných expozic.Na základě pochopení těchto procesů naleznout východiska pro návrh změn regulatorních opatření. This master dissertation aim to chart the genesis and trends of the recent banking regulations in the context of the dynamic events which have occurred on the financial markets from year 2008, first of all in the framework of sovereign risk regulation. On the base of analyze these processes try to find solutions how to improve the banking regulations.
