Hlavním tématem diplomové práce je výkonnost zdravotnického systému a jeho financování jako možný vliv na ni. Vychází ze studie Érica Tchouaketa a kol., jež hodnotí výkonnost zdravotnických systému 27 zemí OECD, závěry studie tvrdí, že mezi nejlépe hodnocené státy se řadí Austrálie, Finsko, Francie, Japonsko, Norsko a Švédsko, zatímco Česká republika výrazně zaostává a je zařazena mezi státy s limitovanou výkonností zdravotnického systému. Problematiku, kterou tato studie už neřeší, je důvod těchto rozdílů. Práce shrnuje způsoby financování zdravotnických systémů Finska, Norska a Švédska, které jsou následně srovnávány s Českou republikou. A dále se zabývá výkonností jako takovou, způsobem, jakým použitá studie měří výkonnost, a co výkonnost ovlivňuje. The main topic of the thesis is the performance of the health system and its financing as its possible influence. It is based on studies Éric Tchouaketa et al., which assesses the performance of health systems 27 OECD countries, the study states that the best rated countries Australia, Finland, France, Japan, Norway and Sweden, while the Czech Republic lags significantly and is ranked among the States with limited performance health system. The issue that these studies have not addressed is the reason for these differences. The paper summarizes the methods of financing health systems in Finland, Norway and Sweden, which are then compared with the Czech Republic. A further deals with the performance itself, the way it used studies measure the performance and the performance influence.
