Předmětem bakalářské práce je analýza vývoje přímých zahraničních investic do bankovního systému Ukrajiny a posouzení atraktivity ukrajinského trhu pro zahraniční investory. V teoretické části je nejdříve popsán ukrajinský bankovní systém, základní rysy přímých zahraničních investic a v neposlední řadě také důsledky přílivu těchto investic. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu základních ekonomických ukazatelů ukrajinského bankovního sektoru a úroveň koncentrace bankovního trhu. Výsledné závěry ukazují, že bankovní sektor Ukrajiny vykazuje v posledních letech výrazné zlepšení díky vstupu zahraničních investorů (bank). Zároveň ale stále existují určité bariéry, kterými by se měly vládní orgány nadále zabývat. In my thesis I analyze the development of foreign direct investment in the banking system of Ukraine and the ukrainian market assessments of attractiveness for foreign investors. The theoretical part is devoted to the description of the banking system of Ukraine, the basic features of foreign direct investment and consequences of the inflow of such investment. The practical part is focused on the analysis of the basic economic indicators of the Ukrainian banking sector and the level of concentration of the banking market. The conclusion demonstrates that the banking sector of Ukraine has shown a significant improvement in recent years due to the entry of foreign investors (banks). At the same time, there are still some barriers, which government authorities should continue to deal with.
