Cílem práce je analýza současného stavu společenské odpovědnosti na Gymnáziu ve Žďáru nad Sázavou a návrh možných zlepšení do budoucna. Teoretická část je rozdělena na dvě části. V první části je prostor věnován především základům konceptu společenské odpovědnosti. Druhá část se zaměřuje na specifika společenské odpovědnosti v oblasti školství. Praktická část spočívá v provedení dotazníkového šetření a následné analýze zjištěných informací, ke které jsou připojeny možné návrhy na zlepšení do budoucna. The main objective of the thesis is an analysis of current CSR situation at grammar school in Žďár nad Sázavou. The second objective is a proposition of new activities which can improve the situation in future. The theoretical part has two parts. First one concentrates on the basics of corporate social responsibility and the second one focuses on unique situation in education area. The practical part consists of a survey at school, the analysis of outcomes and the proposition of potencional activities which can be beneficial for school in the future.
