Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem Work-Life Balance čili sladěním pracovního a osobního života. V teoretické části práce je vymezena problematika a nástroje, které mohou zaměstnancům pomáhat při harmonizaci práce a osobního života. Hlavním cílem práce je provést analýzu spokojenosti zaměstnanců v oblasti sladění pracovního a osobního života a na základě výsledků vypracovat doporučení pro zaměstnavatele. V praktické části práce je provedena analýza spokojenosti zaměstnanců v České spořitelně pomocí dotazníkového šetření v téže oblasti. Na základě výsledků jsou navržena opatření, která mají zaměstnavateli pomoci zlepšit jeho Work-Life Balance strategii. Bachelor thesis is developing the topic of Work-Life Balance that means the reconciliation of professional and personal life. The theoretical part introduces issues and tools which can help to harmonize work and personal life. The main goal of the thesis is to analyze employees' satisfaction in achieving a balance between the professional and personal life. The practical part deals with the summarization of a research in the Česká spořitelna and it determines recommendations for employers. The thesis brings new approach in the view on Work-Life Balance and it can provide a useful improvement for companies.
