Tato práce je zaměřena na internetový obchod v rodinném podniku. V první části práce jsou vymezeny pojmy elektronický obchod a rodinné podnikání. Je zde popsán jejich vznik, vývoj, výhody, nevýhody, použití internetu v marketingu, faktory úspěchu a problémy rodinného podnikání. Druhá část práce se podrobněji zabývá vybranými oblastmi firmy Ryor - prostředím e-shopu, reklamou a distribucí výrobků. Tato část práce představuje jak společnost, tak fungování zmíněných oblastí. Skutečný stav je konfrontován s odbornou literaturou. Na základě toho jsou získány nedostatky. Navíc jsou zde sestaveny návrhy na zlepšení těchto oblastí. Druhá část také obsahuje SWOT analýzu e-shopu, rozbor konkurence společnosti a dotazník spokojenosti zákazníků firmy s oblastmi, kterými se práce zabývá. This thesis focuses on the Internet shop in family business. In the first part the terms Internet shop and family business are specified. Its formation, development, advantages and disadvantages are defined, as well as the usage of Internet in marketing and the factors of success and problems connected with family business. The second part describes in detail chosen areas of the company Ryor -- the environment of its e-shop, advertising and distribution of products. This part gives a description of functioning mentioned areas. The real state is confronted with technical literature. On the basis of that, shortcomings are got. Moreover, suggestions for better functioning of chosen areas are formed. The second part of thesis also includes SWOT analysis of e-shop, analysis of competitors and questionnaire survey about customer's satisfaction with areas that the thesis explores.
