The bachelor thesis deals with methods of lean management, more exactly production planning and managing the production lines assembly. In this thesis, production planning system, kanban cards and heijunka will be described. The aim of this thesis is to describe methods of managing the production lines assembly and to suggest more effective management. Bakalářská práce se zabývá metodami štíhlého managementu, zejména problematikou plánování výroby a řízení montážních linek. V této práci bude popsán systém plánování výroby, kanbanových karet a heijunky. Cílem této práce bude popsat způsoby řízení montážních linek a navrhnout jejich efektivnější řešení.
