Cílem této bakalářské práce je zpracovat problematiku syndromu vyhoření tak, aby byli učitelé schopni tento negativní jev včas rozpoznat, aby dokázali podchytit a rozpoznat příčiny a především aby se dokázali proti tomuto jevu bránit. Cílem také je zdůraznit, že učitelská profese je velmi zatěžující a pedagogové se každodenně musejí vypořádávat s neustálými nároky a požadavky od žáků, rodičů, vedení školy, kolegů i širokého okolí. Na základě získaných poznatků o tomto jevu byla v rámci výzkumného šetření zjištěna náchylnost ke stresu zkoumaných učitelů a také jejich dosavadní míra syndromu vyhoření. Dále byly zjištěny situace, které vnímají jako nejvíce stresující a následně možnosti prevence které současně využívají. The object of bachelor's thesis is handle the issue of burnout of teachers, whose would be able to recognition this negative phenomenon, able to identify the causes and able to defend themselves against this phenomenon. In this thesis I would like to underline that teaching profession is very burdensome and that teacher have to deal with demands from students, parents, management of school, colleagues and general public every day. There was identified the susceptibility to stress surveyed teachers and also their current measure of burnout based on findings about this phenomenon. There were also identified some situations that teachers perceive as the most stressful and options that teachers currently use.
