Tato práce se zabývá specifiky španělské kultury v souvislosti s působením mezinárodní poradenské firmy OVB Allfinanz na trhu Španělska. Vymezuje hlavní rysy a charakteristiky kultury pro pochopení spolupráce s klienty na území celé Evropy. Zároveň vymezuje pojem firemní kultura. Praktická část práce si klade za cíl konkrétně popsat fungování firmy na španělském trhu. Zároveň vymezuje jaký má firemní kultura OVB Allfinanz dopad na spolupracovníky a klienty společnosti ve Španělku. This work describes the specifics of Spanish culture in connection with the existence of the international consulting firm OVB Allfinanz on the market of Spain. It outlines the main features and characteristics of culture for the reason of collaboration with clients throughout whole Europe. The work also defines the concept of corporate culture. The practical part of the work aims to describe the system of the company on the Spanish market. It also defines how the corporate culture of OVB Allfinanz impacts the consultants and clients of the company in Spain.
