Diplomová práce se zabývá vypracováním podnikatelského plánu pro realizaci minipivovaru ve městě Tábor. Práce je tvořena dvěma částmi. Teoretická část má seznámit s podnikatelskou praxí a oblastí malých a středních podniků. Dále popisuje, jak má vypadat a k čemu je určen dokument podnikatelského plánu, včetně popisu doporučených částí a uvedení základních postupů při jeho tvorbě. Praktická část je zpracována jako samostatný podnikatelský plán minipivovaru. Jeho využití směřuje především k přiblížení oboru pivovarnictví, popisu podnikatelského záměru, návrhu realizace všech částí takového projektu a zhodnocení životaschopnosti celého projektu v daných podmínkách. Primárním uživatelem je samotný podnikatel. The aim of this master's thesis is to demonstrate a business plan tailored for a microbrewery located in the city of Tábor. The thesis consists of two sections. The first being a theoretical part introducing entrepreneurship in general and its application into the small and medium enterprises sector. Furthermore it describes the business plan as a document which includes recommended sections and basic approach of developing an advanced business plan. The other part is the detached microbrewery business plan itself. The business plan main focus points are brewery industry overview, defining the business intention, proposal of each part of such project and the overall viability prospects of the project under the given conditions. Main user of the business plan ought to be used by the entrepreneur himself.
