Odborná publikace je rozdělena na dvě stěžejní části. První část, převážně teoretická, obsahuje analýzu pracovní migrace v ČR v širším kontextu se zaměřením na stav sociální integrace pracovních migrantů, jejich práva a postavení na českém trhu práce, problematiku nelegální práce a její prevence, jakož i rozbor stěžejních otázek v oblasti pracovní migrace a integrace v evropských souvislostech a v obou partnerských zemích v projektu – Rakousku a Portugalsku. Druhá část se zabývá komparací fungování neziskového sektoru v oblasti pracovní migrace v zemích zastoupených v projektu s důrazem na provázanost jejich činnosti s úřady práce a dalšími subjekty v Portugalsku a Rakousku a z toho se odvíjejícími návrhy a podněty k vytvoření a rozvoji takové formy spolupráce v ČR. Tato část se věnuje i současnému postavení českých neziskových organizací v procesu sociální integrace pracovních migrantů obecně, jejich službách cílovým skupinám a jejich další perspektivě v této oblasti. Publikace krom toho obsahuje i legislativní a jiná doporučení, které by v budoucnu mohla přispět k usnadnění sociální integrace cizinců na území ČR z pohledu trhu práce. Za pozornost stojí i kazuistické případy, které jsou v publikaci rozebrány, stejně tak jako i inspirativní rozhovory s poradci z rakouské organizace a s mediátory z portugalské organizace. Zkušenosti ze zahraničí pak doplňuje i rozhovor o nedávno zavedené praxi kulturních mediátorů v České republice. The publication is divided into two main parts. The first part, mostly theoretical, contains an analysis of labour migration in the Czech Republic in a broader context, focusing on the state of social integration of migrant workers, their rights and their position within the Czech labour market, the issue of illegal work and its prevention, as well as an analysis of the key issues in the field of labour migration and integration in the European context, and in both partner countries participating in the project - Austria and Portugal. The second part presents the comparison of the non-profit sector functioning in the area of labour migration in the countries represented in the project, emphasizing the interdependence of their activities with labour offices and other entities in Portugal and Austria. It serves as a basis for proposals and suggestions for creation and development of similar forms of cooperation in the CR. This section describes the current status of Czech NGOs in the process of social integration of migrant workers in general, their services provided to target groups and their future perspectives in this field. The publication also includes legislative and other recommendations that could contribute to the facilitation of social integration of foreigners in the Czech Republic in the future, in terms of a labour market. Another noteworthy part comprises casuistic cases that are discussed in the publication, as well as inspiring interviews with consultants from the Austrian organization and with mediators of Portuguese organization. These experiences from abroad are then complemented with an interview related to the recently introduced practice of cultural mediators in the Czech Republic.
