Předmětem mé bakalářské práce bylo vytvoření a ověření efektivity intervenčního programu se zaměřením na zvýšení tělesné hmotnosti. Pro výzkum bylo osloveno osm mužů ve věku kolem dvaceti let. Probandé obdrželi tréninkový plán, podle kterého cvičili třikrát až čtyřikrát týdně. Dále byly zhodnoceny a následně upraveny jejich stravovací návyky tak, aby došlo ke zvýšení tělesné hmotnosti. K doložení výsledků práce bylo zapotřebí změřit jejich tělesnou hmotnost, obvodové míry a procento podkožního tuku. Měření proběhlo před začátkem testování, po prvním, druhém a po třetím měsíci. The subject of my thesis was to develop and verify the effectiveness of the intervention program focused on weight gain. For the research were asked eight men in age about twenty. Probands received training plan under which they trained from three to four times a week. Their eating habits were evaluated and subsequently modified so that there would appear some increase in body weight. To demonstrate the results of this thesis was necessary to measure their body weight, perimeter rate and percentage of body fat. Measurement occurred before the testing after the first, the second and after the third month.
