Bakalářská práce pojednává o současné právní úpravě obchodního rejstříku v České republice. Ve své práci se zabývám zásadami pro vedení obchodního rejstříku, zapisovanými údaji a subjekty a účinky těchto rejstříkových zápisů. Kromě toho je přiblížen průběh rejstříkového řízení v první instanci. Na závěr je nastíněno zapojení českého obchodního rejstříku do Evropského obchodního rejstříku. Právní úprava obchodního rejstříku je spletitá, avšak stále dochází k jejímu zdokonalování. The thesis is focused on a contemporary legal regulation of the Business Register in the Czech Republic. I deal with priciples of his administration, registered facts and subjects of law and effects of these registrations. Futhermore there is described a course of the judicial process in the first instance. At last there is briefly described the involvement of the Business Register of the Czech Republic into the European Business Register. The law regulations of the Business Register are complicated, but their improving still continue.
