V první kapitole se autor zabývá samotným 11. zářím 2001 a jeho dopady (především) na americkou zahraniční politiku. Druhá kapitola analyzuje faktory, které ovlivnily rozhodování čínského vedení ve věci spolupráce se Spojenými státy. Třetí kapitola pak na příkladech ukazuje, jakou pomoc Čína Spojeným státům poskytla a v některých případech se zabývá americkým postojem k tomuto jednání. In the first chapter the author deals with 11th September, 2001 itself and its consequences (primarily) on American foreign policy. The second chapter analyses factors that influenced the decision-making of the Chinese leadership concerning the cooperation with the United States. The third chapter uses examples to show the extent of the assistance rendered by China to the United States and in some instances deals with the American attitude thereto.
