Práce je zaměřena na využití assessment center při výběrových řízeních. Popisuje jednotlivé techniky využívané v rámci AC a práci hodnotitelů. Praktická část práce je věnována návrhu AC na pozici obchodního zástupce. The thesis is about the use of Assessment Centers during selection procedures. It describes the different techniques used in the AC and the tasks performed by the evaluators. The practical part is devoted to a proposal for a position of a sales representative.
