Abstract: Main goal of the study was identification of the bacterial contaminations during the production of high-tenacity viscose filaments. The work describes microbial cultivations, isolation of bacteria from technological solutions, and taxonomical identification through sequencing of 16S ribosomal RNA genes and searching for affiliations with bacterial relatives in the NCBI website.
