Pro fotobioreaktory o objemech do 20 litrů byly stanoveny optimální kultivační podmínky (kultivační teplota 30oC, ozářenost do 100 µmol fotonů m-2 s-1). Ověření růstového potenciálu teplo tolerantní sinice Synechocystis sp. PCC6803 bylo provedeno v otevřeném panelovém fotobioreaktoru o pracovním objemu 140 litrů. The optimum culture conditions (culture temperature of 30°C, irradiance 100 µmol photons m-2.s-1) for potobioreactors up to 20 liters of working volume were specified. Verification of the growth potential heat tolerant cyanobacterium Synechocystis sp. PCC6803 was carried out in an open panel photobioreactor with the working volume of 140 liters.
