Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem vhodných strategií pro dětské zábavní cen-trum Familypark Valachy. Vnější prostředí bylo analyzováno s využitím PESTE analýzy a Porterova modelu pěti hybných sil. Vnitřní prostředí bylo posouzeno prostřednictvím Šťastného atomu "7 S" firmy McKinsey. Na základě provedených analýz byly identifikovány příležitosti a hrozby a zároveň silné a slabé stránky podniku. Pro návrh jednotlivých strategií byla využita Ansoffova matice Produkt-trh. Výsledkem práce je výběr nejvhodnější strategie, která byla rovněž po-souzena z ekonomického hlediska. The bachelor thesis is focused on creating appropriate strategies for children's entertainment center Familypark Valachy. The external environment was analyzed using PESTE analysis and Porter's model of five driving forces. The internal environment was assessed through Happy atom "7 S" by McKinsey company. Based on the obtained information were identified opportunities and threats and also strengths and weaknesses. For the proposal of strategies was used Ansoff matrix Product-Market. The result of my bachelor thesis is the choice of the most appropriate strategy with regard to the economic aspect.
