Cílem této bakalářské práce je provést finanční a strategickou analýzu společnosti Diama s.r.o. Rozbor je proveden za roky 2008 až 2012. Práce je členěna do dvou částí. První část je teoretická a popisuje použité metody finanční a strategické analýzy. V druhé části, aplikační, je provedena samotná finanční a strategická analýza podniku vycházející z poznatků uvedených v části teoretické. V závěru práce jsou interpretovány výsledky předchozího zkoumání a posouzena budoucí perspektiva společnosti. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to perform financial and strategic analysis of the company Diama s.r.o. during years 2008-2012. This thesis is divided into two parts. First part is theoretical and introduces methods of financial and strategic analysis. In the second part, which is called practical, is whole financial and strategic analysis performed and it is based on the knowledge of the theoretical part. The conclusion summarizes the results and assesses the company's future prospects.
