Tato práce představuje specifika outsourcingu logistických služeb včetně doporučení na úspěšnou realizaci outsourcingového vztahu a představuje výsledky výzkumu zaměřeného na preference firem při nákupu logistických služeb za účelem vhodnějšího zacílení zadavatelů poskytovateli. The paper presents specifics of logistics outsourcing, gives recommendation on how to execute outsourcing relationships, and conducts a research focused on preferences of companies on logistics services to help providers better target their potential clients.
