Bakalářská práce se zabývá územně rozvojovými problémy chataření v povodí střední Lužnice. Nejprve rozebírá literaturu, která se věnuje druhému bydlení a zejména chataření, kde zdůrazňuje především literaturu věnující se územně rozvojovým problémům. Věnuje se také geografické charakteristice řešeného území ve vztahu k chataření. Součástí práce je terénní mapování chatových osad v řešeném území a jejich typizace. Při terénním mapování bylo také uskutečněno dotazování chatařů na problémy dané chatové osady. Na základě terénního průzkumu, dotazování chatařů a také řízených rozhovorů s představiteli obcí a stavebních úřadů v řešeném území byly identifikovány problémy jednotlivých chatových osad a navrhnuty zásady pro řešení některých těchto problémů. This bachelor´s work deals with territorial development problems of recreation in the basin of central Lužnice river. At the beginning the bachelor´s work examines the literature that deals with second housing and mainly recreation in cabins emphasizing the literature dealing with territorial development problems. This bachelor´s work also focuses on the geographical characteristics of the area in relation to the recreation in cabins. Part of the work is the field mapping of recreation in the specific area and thein differentiation. During the field mapping it was also made questioning of cottagers about the problems concerning their cabins settlement. On the basis of the field mapping, questioning and structured interview with representatives of municipality and the building authoritis in the given territory were identified the problems of particular cabin settlements and the principles were suggested to solve some of above mentioned problems.
