Bakalářská práce s názvem ,,Organizační architektura globální společnosti" si klade za cíl zpracování přehledu organizačních struktur, které jsou využívány současnými globálními společnostmi. Tedy v teoretické části jsem nejdříve popsala stručný vývoj dané problematiky, popsala základní pojmy spojené s organizační architekturou jako je globalizace, nadnárodní společnosti a organizační architektura. Dále jsem pak zobecnila hlavní charakteristiky organizačních forem a vyjmenovala jejich klady a zápory. V praktické části jsem se zaměřila na charakteristiku organizační architektury mezinárodní společnosti Erste Group, potažmo České spořitelny. Svou pozornost jsem rovněž věnovala systému správy společnosti z důvodu zpřesnění a prozkoumání působení na vrcholové vedení společnosti. Za cíl práce jsem si kladla srovnávací analýza organizační struktury mezinárodní společnosti Erste Group a České spořitelny se zobecněnými charakteristikami organizačních struktur. V závěru zhodnotím, jak se mi tato analýza podařila. The Bachelor's Thesis ,,Organizational architecture of multinational company" sets the target to analyse organizational structures used in multinational companies at present. In the teoretical section is briefly described development of this subject, basic concepts associated with organizational architecture such as globalization, multinational companies and organizational architecture. I also generalized main characteristics of organizational forms and describe their pros and cons. The practic part is focused on organizational architecture multinational company Erste Group, hence the Czech Savings Bank. My attention was also devoted to the management company because of refinements and explore the effect on the top management of the company. The aim of this work is a comparative analysis of the organizational structure Erste Group and the Czech Savings Bank. I evaluate how I succeeded in this analysis in conclusion.
