Cílem diplomové práce je vytvoření strategické analýzy firmy Toy traveling s. r. o., která podniká ve velmi netradičním odvětví. Jedná se o cestovní kancelář pro hračky či předměty, ke kterým může mít člověk citový vztah. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány postupy a metody uplatňované při tvorbě strategické analýzy. Jedná se mimo jiné o PEST analýzu a Porteruv model pěti konkurenčních sil. Na závěr teoretické části je uveden popis SWOT analýzy a marketingového výzkumu. Metody a postupy popsané v teoretické části jsou poté aplikovány v praktické části, která je doplněna o dotazníkové šetření. Na základě strategické analýzy a dotazníkového šetření jsou uvedeny rady a doporučení pro další rozvoj firmy. The main aim of this Master's Thesis is to create strategic analysis of the company Toy traveling s. r. o. The business of this company is really specific. It is a travel agency for toys or things that person could have emotionaly attcheed to relationship. The theoretical part describes the procedures and methods, for example PEST analysis and Porter's five forces model used for in the creation of strategic analysis. At the end of the theoretical part there is the SWOT analysis and results of marketing research. The methods and procedures described in the theoretical part are then applied in the practical part. Based on the results of strategic analysis and marketing research provides advice and recommendations for future development.
