Tato práce se zabývá neživotním pojištěním v USA, konkrétně se zaměřuje na pojištění domácností. Popisuje tropické cyklóny, které od roku 2000 ovlivnily území USA -- jejich vývoj a dopady. Také analyzuje souvislost s globálním oteplováním a zkoumá možný vývoj v budoucích letech. This work deals with the property insurance in the United States, specifically focusing on the homeowners insurance. It describes the tropical cyclones, which since 2000 affected the U.S. - their development and impact. It also analyzes the link with global warming and the possible developments in future years.
