Ve své práci jsem se snažil o vysvětlení problematiky technické analýzy a jejích důsledků pro obchodování finančních derivátů. Pokusil jsem se objasnit základní technické formace a nejčastěji používané indikátory. Dále vysvětluji fungování futures kontraktů a jejich principy v návaznosti na aktuální světové trendy, týkající se zejména elektronizace burzovních obchodů nebo vytváření burzovních aliancí. V další fázi se věnuji popisu populárních tradingových strategií, které jsou zde rozebrány a následně otestovány. Rovněž jsou uvedeny kritéria pro správné vyhodnocování výkonnosti obchodních systémů. Těžiště mé práce spočívá ve třetí kapitole, kde se nadále snažím vybranou strategii pilovat pomocí optimalizace či money-managementu, a cílem je vylepšit její celkovou efektivnost na trhu. Dalším bodem je poukázání na kritické postupy nutné, pro správné ověření robustnosti, a následné zhodnocení potenciálu našeho systému. In my thesis I would like to explain the issues of technical analysis and her consequences for financial derivatives trading. I tried to interpret the basic techical patterns and most common technical indicators. I also explain the elementary information about futures contracts and their principles in relation to the current world trends regarding computerization of trading or establishing exchange alliances. In the next stage I will describe popular strategies, wich will be analyzed and backtested. My thesis also includes rules how to evaluate a trading concept properly. The main part of my work is in the third section, where I try to enhance a particular strategy with money management or optimization. My goal is to improve the trading concepts efficiency in the market. Last step is to show critical methods which are necessary for veriffying a strategy robustness and evaluating its potential.
