Diplomová práce se věnuje zdravému životnímu stylu. Konkrétně se zaměřuje na to, jaký vliv má tento styl na zdraví člověka a jakým životním stylem žije česká populace. Práce shrnuje zásady zdravého životního stylu a v praktické části odkrývá životní styl obyvatelstva pomocí segmentace trhu a dat MML-TGI za účelem nastínit firmám, jaké nástroje přesně zacílí spotřebitele a osloví ho. This thesis is focused on healthy lifestyle. It concentrates specifically on impact on human health and which lifestyle lives Czech population. This work summarizes the principles of helathy lifestyle and reveals lifestyles of Czech people with market segmentation and MML-TGI data in the practical part. This can help firms in targeting and addressing people within healthy lifestyle.
