Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu rozpočtu a rozpočtového výhledu ve městě Trhové Sviny. V teoretické části jsou definované základní pojmy jako rozpočtový proces, rozpočet, rozpočtový výhled nebo rozpočtová skladba. Jsou zde také popsané metody, které se používají při sestavování rozpočtu. Praktická část začíná stručnou charakteristikou města. Dále zkoumá rozpočtový výhled 2011 -- 2013 a rozpočty obce za roky 2006 -- 2011. This thesis analyzes a budget and budget forecast of town Trhové Sviny. In a theoretical part are defined basic concepts as a budget process, a budget, a budget forecast or budget structure. Also this thesis describes methods, that are used in making budget. In the practical part begins short description of town then I analyze the budget forecast 2011 -- 2013 and the budget 2006 - 2011.
