Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat působení zájmových skupin v oblasti regulace kouření. Teoretická část práce obsahuje úvod do problematiky zájmových skupin, lobbingu a dobývání renty, praktická část pak analyzuje legislativní opatření a způsoby regulace tabákového průmyslu v ČR. Vytyčuje dvě nejdominantnější skupiny (producenti tabákových výrobků a producenti přípravků na odvykání kouření) a zkoumá na nich konkrétní opatření, kterými se snaží dosáhnout svých cílů. The purpose of this thesis is to analyze interest groups functioning in the sphere of smoking regulation. Theoretical part of the thesis contains introduction into interest groups matters, lobbing and rent-seeking, practical part analyses legislative arrangements and ways of regulations of tobacco industry in Czech republic. There are mentioned two dominant groups (tobacco goods producers and producers of preparations for smoking cessation) and examined particular strategies which lead to achieving the group's goals.
