Cílem diplomové práce je detailní pohled na průběh a způsob řízení veškerých sourcingových aktivit ve společnosti Thermo Fisher Scientific. Centrem zájmu je česká pobočka společnosti situovaná v Mukařově, ve které mimo výrobu dochází k sourcingu jak pro vlastní potřeby (kdy má ve většině případů v rukou rozhodovací pravomoc), tak pro celou společnost globálně (kdy funguje pouze jako prostředník hledající obchodní partnery, rozhodovací pravomoce jí však nepřísluší). Hlavním přínosem práce je porovnání obou variant, detailní průzkum a popis všech činností, které by pomohly globální sourcing optimalizovat. Zjistil jsem, že veškeré optimalizace spočívají především ve zlepšení komunikace mezi všemi nákupčími a technology v rámci celé společnosti. Na základě toho jsem navrhl šablony dokumentů, se kterými by nákupčí měli pracovat, databázi dodavatelů a informační server. Výsledkem práce je návrh procesu, který by měl přispět k optimalizaci outsourcovaných projektů. The aim of this diploma thesis is a detailed view of a process and way of managing all the sourcing activities in the company Thermo Fischer Scientific. The focus (of my work) is a czech site of mentioned company situated in Mukařov, which, apart from production itself, is engaged also in sourcing for its own needs (where in most cases it has a decision power in its own hands) as well as for the whole company in the global measure (where it operates just as an intermediate searching for possible business partners, without any powers of decision). The main contribution of my work lies in the comparison of both of these variations and detailed investigation and description of all the activities that could help to optimize the global sourcing. I found out that entire optimizations are based on communication improvements among all the sourcing managers and technologists within the global corporation. On the basis of this fact I have projected models of documents the sourcing managers should work with, suppliers database and an information server. The result of my work is a process scheme which should contribute to the outsourced projects optimization.
